I love the way Laura frames her answers in a way that inhibits people who might otherwise be defensive. “We were all taught that…” even when some were clearly taught different things. I also want to memorize how she addresses critics who want to set grammar focused can-do statements…”You are not playing the game, you’re memorizing the rules.”
